Introduction of LED Edge-lit Rigid Strip
Benifits from using concave optics lens, the solution of edge-lit LED bar makes the installation of LED source so easy in lighting box, especially for double-sided sign box.
With optional beam angle lens, it presents different washing effect as wall washer.
- The Right Optical Lens
LED edge-lit rigid strip uses a 10°x35° high transmittance PMMA optics lens, its special light-emitting angle can improve diffuse reflection performance, which makes it suitable for light box with thickness over 10cm. Placing this strip on two opposite side of light box, even glow over the graphic.
- Built to Ultra-thin Light Box
170degree beam angle lens is the key to make your light box as thin as possible, even for 3cm thickness light box, the uniformity is admirable.
Meanwell, it provides you a possibility to adjust led bar distance to get ideal brightness.
Best solution for double sided light box, especially ultra-thin light box as thin as 10cm. Easy installation and maintanance for saving costs.
- High Efficiency Chips
To maximize the light bar efficiency, we use XPG3535 led chips with up to 400lm luminous flux, as higher brightness farther illuminated.

This strip adopts IC constant current design, comparing with triode design, it power loss less and has a stable output, allows all LED chips to run at same current which means providing intense and uniform illumination for light box. In the meanwhile, more strips can be connected together than constant voltage strips.

The minimum unit of this strip is six LEDs, better to match different size of light box. It’s easy and convinient to reconnect with soldering pad on it as well.
- Easy Installation
Plug-in and plug-out connectors for fast connection.
Blue tape on the back for easy installation, it also helps conduct heat to light box duo to its high thermal conductivity.
Screw mounting is available for special cases.

Edge lit LED strips are symmetrically placed on two opposite sides of light box, providing uniform lighting over both face of signs, suitable for 1-2m height and 10-20cm thickness light box.

Due to Constant Current Technology (CCT) design, the brightness is exactly the same at both ends, avoid brightness difference problem by voltage drop on Constant Voltage Technology (CVT) strip, much more strips can be connected together.

Mostly, LED strip is operated at 12V or 24V DC, it’s a safe voltage to prevent from electric shock for operator. Select correct strip to match your exsiting driver, or you can select driver according to the strip.
