Introduction of LED Strip
LED strip is one of the most popular versatile forms of lighting, by different of chip density, IP rating, color and CRI, it’s widely uesed for decorative lighting, back lighting, linear lighting, signage lighting, etc. With flexiable and cuttable ability, people could do DIY lighting as well.

- CCT Tunable
We describle strip color as “warm white”, “cool white”. Actually, we are talking about its color temperature(CCT), ranking from 2700K-6500K, it’s measure of how warm or cool the light’s color appears. This strip is CCT tunable, we can adjust its CCT according to ambience by a controller, warmer or cooler, your choice.
- Color Rendering Index
With the development of LED teconoloy, we increasingly realize the importance of CRI which stands for color rendering index. This measure shows how accurate color appears under the light source. Natural sunlight is defined as value of 100, the closer to 100, the more real color it appears. Fluorescent lamp CRI value is around 70, LED strip has CRI value of over 80.

Flexibility is one of the most important feature of this strip, LEDs are mounted on flexible circuit board, it’s bendable to be fixed on different shapes of fixture.On the other aspect, a particular number of LEDs is fixed in series, each series of the strip can work independently, which means it can be cut to specific length as desired.

Ingress protection rating(IP) presents the ability against solids and liquids of LED strip, the higher number it is, the greater protection it gets.

Mostly, LED strip is operated at 12V or 24V DC, it’s a safe voltage to prevent from electric shock for operator. Select correct strip to match your exsiting driver, or you can select driver according to the strip.
