How to solve the problem of LED neon strips?

How to solve the problem of LED neon strips

With the development of science and technology, the development of lighting technology has also sprung up in recent years. A variety of high-quality, cheap and practical lighting products have entered our lives. LED neon strips play an important role in lighting products. Their beautiful lines and the flashing pictures make you intoxicated in the wonderful atmosphere, making people pleasing to the eye and lingering on.

LED neon strips have gradually emerged in the decoration industry because of their lightness, energy saving, softness, long life, and safety. But because the LED strip is a new product, many customers have not used it yet, and do not know how to install it. The installation effect is not very good, the main reason is that the light is uneven, and the light in the light groove is uneven. The following will introduce the installation method of LED neon strips.

Tools: Pliers, scissors, electrical tape

Raw materials: LED neon strips, special clips for LED strips

Method/Step

1: First determine the length to be installed, and then take an integer to intercept, because the LED neon strip is a unit of 1 meter, only cutting it from the notch will not affect the circuit, if it is cut at random, one unit will not light up. For example: If the length of 7.5 meters is required, the LED neon strip should be cut to 8 meters.

2: The LED neon strip itself emits light from a chip and is driven by DC, so it has positive and negative poles. If the positive and negative poles are reversed, it will be in an insulated state, and the LED neon strip will not light up. If the connecting plug is not powered on, you only need to disconnect the other end of the LED neon strip. The LED strips are similar.

3: Placement of LED neon strips. The LED strips are packaged in reels, and the newly opened LED strips will be distorted, which is difficult to install. You can tidy them up first and put them in the light groove. Since the LED neon strip emits light on one side, if it is placed unevenly, there will be uneven brightness and darkness, especially at the corners.

4: Now there is a special clip on the market for the installation of LED strips, called the LED strip companion, which will greatly improve the installation speed and effect after use.

The above is the method to solve the uneven luminescence of LED neon strips. If you need more detailed solutions, please contact Signliteled Technology Co., Ltd.
