What should be paid attention to when installing LED injection molding modules

Nowadays, there are many brands in the LED lamp market, and there are countless types. LED injection molding modules account for a large proportion of the entire LED lamp market, and the scope of use is also wider. LED injection molding modules are widely used in hotels, bars, stages, etc. The traffic is relatively large Therefore, the safety of LED injection molding modules must be emphasized. Safety and standard installation can avoid many hidden dangers. Today, let’s talk about what should be paid attention to when installing LED injection molding modules.

1. Special switching power supply (not waterproof) for LED injection molding module should pay attention to waterproof measures.

2. The switching power supply should adjust the output voltage according to the characteristics of the injection molding module, and the voltage adjustment button should not be rotated arbitrarily during use!

3. LED injection modules are all low voltage products. 220V AC is not applicable, so a dedicated power supply must be used.

4. There are positive and negative poles in the LED injection molding module. Pay attention to the corresponding positive and negative poles during installation. If the positive and negative poles are reversed, the module will not emit light, but it will not damage the LED module. Just change the connection. Can not adjust the large and small voltage!

5. During the installation of the LED injection molding module, it is required to use double-sided adhesive or woodworking glue to make the module slot and the plastic bottom plate firmly adhered. When using double-sided tape, you must apply glass glue, otherwise the module will fall off under the outdoor sunlight for a long time, this is very important!

6. When the LED injection module is installed in the blister letter or box, try to form as many circuits as possible, and the number of modules in series should be as small as possible, not more than 15~20 groups (please read the relevant instructions), otherwise it will be under pressure The impact of the drop, and it is very likely to cause excessive single-channel current to burn the circuit board!

7. For LED injection modules that have not been waterproofed, rainwater should be prevented from entering when they are installed on plastic letters or boxes.

8. The spacing of LED injection modules can be adjusted according to the actual situation such as brightness and module size, and the quantity per square is generally between 50-100 groups. When arranging LED modules, attention should be paid to the uniformity of light emission and brightness requirements; the distance between LED injection molding modules and the font side is generally 2-5 cm, and the vertical and horizontal distance between modules is recommended to be 2-6 cm . When installing the LED injection molding module, do not push and squeeze the components on the module to avoid damage to the components. The connecting wires inside should be fixed on the bottom plate with glass glue to avoid shading.

9. The distance between the LED injection molding module and the surface of the illuminant should be well controlled, so as to ensure the uniformity and brightness of the light, so the thickness of the light box is also very important.
